  Something to celebrate with
German Brewery Bitburger has offered 10,000 liters of beer to the fans of the first team to beat Bayern Munich. Besides being a really cool promotion for the company, it's also good for the league as Bayern have now won 15 in a row. And to add spice to the offer, every time Bayern win, Bitburger will up the offer by a 1,000 liters.

I wonder if MLS Sponsor Budweiser would make a similar offer for LA fans? 10,000 cans of their piss for the next road win they have and upping the offer by a 1,000 cans every time they lose. By the time they do get another road victory there may be enough of the swill available for about a dozen fans to get a buzz.

Comments:
LA is nothing. Try this with RSL.

Yeah...but do RSL fans drink? ;)

Good point. I guess they could give it all to Mathis, since it couldn't make him play worse.

Heck, Cleetus looks like he's been playing drunk all season. ;)

If you have ever been to the Salt Lake airport or any of the ski resorts surrounding the city, you will find that they have three microbreweries in town. it is a very easy city to find a drink, don't believe the reputation from those who have never been there.

Great way to ruin a good joke Daz...remind me to NOT buy you a pint next time I'm in LA. ;)

I am still waiting for the first time!

Although whoever foot the bill for your wedding reception was kind enough to supply some tasty Sierra Nevada's for me.

You're welcome...we should have eloped, it would have been a lot less expensive. :)

I know the feeling but it is a once in a lifetime event, the folks and the mrs. are in their element. if russell had be in that easter bunny costume, it would even better.

Perhaps that's a rumor we should start. I've got some pictures that if we passed around saying it was him in the costume might get a reaction of him Russ. :)

Hell, the laugh we could get ouat of that would make the cost seem more worth it. :)

oh yeah, but remember dingsdale had the shot of the easter bunny behind a very uncomfortable- looking Russ with the caption "but by the grace of God"
