There's no place like home Toto Geez, it's been close to two months now since Landon Donovan was transferred to LA. Sorry, but I'm really tired of this "I'm happy to be home" spin we get hearing. Yeah, he's been producing for the Galaxy, but that's no accomplishment when you're a big fish in a small pond. I've said it for a while now, he'll never be the player he could be unless he plays at the highest possible level. When was the last time you heard a baseball player say he was happier player for a AAA team than a Major League team cuz he was closer to home?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't buy the spin. The fact that we are still hearing him say it convinces me he's still trying to buy it too.  ¶ 12:29 PM
