Planning the weekend
Most Friday's I have to take a look at the SoccerTV site to see what games I wanna see and which I hafta see (the wife is the won who decides exactly what I get to see).
So, here's a run down of the weekend what I might be watching:
- Metros vs Chicago - Gotta love Friday night games. The only real story of interest here is the new Chicago boss returning to the Meadowlands. I don't expect much from this one but it's Friday so I'll hopefully be watching.
- Chelsea vs Fulham - How much of a pounding will Fulham take? Doubt I'll bother getting up early for this one.
- Palace vs Liverpool - This one could be interesting...too bad the wife will probably have chores for me to do.
- Boro vs West Brom - Ya never know with a match-up like this. Could be a 0-0 draw though.
- Galaxy vs Chivas - The big Derby isn't really as interesting as the MLS PR machine is trying to make it, but I'll be watching. Funny thing, I'm betting Chivas actually win this. What would a derby rivalry be without a good upset to make it meaningful?
- Dallas vs Salt Lake - How many can Fish and Johnson put past Real?
I guess that leaves Sunday for doing work around the house
